The Full (60 minute time limit)
  •  2000 Meter Row
  • 2 Rounds of bodyweight exercises (pushup-20, box tap squat-20, burpee-20, wide mt. climber 30, step up-40, plank jack-20)
  • ​1 Full building lap farmer carry around the building with 1/2 of your bodyweight.
  • ​3 miles on the assault bike
  • ​3 full building laps (run)
The Sprint (half event-30 minute time limit)
  • 1000 Meter Row
  • ​1 Round of bodyweight exercises (pushup-20, box tap squat-20, burpee-20, wide mt. climber 30, step up-40, plank jack-20)
  • 1 Full building lap farmer carry around the building with 1/2 of your bodyweight.
  • ​3 miles on the assault bike
  • ​1 full building lap (run)
